How connections work

Your accounts, your costs, your data

Usage is billed by each provider directly to your account. TuniCall stores the credentials encrypted, shows estimated usage and enforces the caps you set.

  • A real connection test runs an authenticated request against each provider.
  • Secrets never come back to the browser once saved; leaving a field empty keeps the stored value.
  • Engines per agent: mix a speech-to-speech model for one line and a self-hosted chain for another.
