How we handle personal data on this website and in the TuniCall service.

Last updated: 22 October 2026

1. Who we are

This website and the TuniCall service are operated by TuniCall (“we”, “us”). Our company details are listed in the legal notice. You can reach us through our contact form.

2. Data we collect on this website

Contact form

When you write to us, we process your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, topic and message. We use them only to answer your request and follow up on it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep these details for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Security check

The contact form and the sign-in page use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated abuse. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser and connection. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting our services.

Server logs

When you visit the website, our servers record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and time. We use these logs to operate and secure the service and keep them only for a limited period.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. After you sign in to the TuniCall application, a single strictly necessary session cookie keeps you signed in; it expires after 12 hours or when you sign out.

3. Data processed in the TuniCall service

Businesses use TuniCall to handle their own calls and messages. In that context, the business decides which data is processed, such as contacts, call details, transcripts, messages and consent records, and acts as the data controller. We process that data on its behalf as a processor, under a data processing agreement and only according to its instructions.

Telephony, messaging and AI providers (for example Twilio, Meta, OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, ElevenLabs or Deepgram) are connected with the customer’s own accounts. Each customer chooses which providers process its data and is responsible for its own agreements with them. If you received a call or message from a business using TuniCall, please contact that business to exercise your rights; we will help it respond.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and the service, such as our hosting provider and Cloudflare for the security check, and with authorities when the law requires it.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can also withdraw a consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us through our contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

7. Security

We protect data with measures including encryption of provider credentials, HTTPS, access controls and an audit log. Read more on our security page.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date at the top shows the latest version.
