Terms of service
The rules for using the TuniCall website and service.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of this website and the TuniCall service provided by TuniCall (“we”, “us”). If you have signed a separate agreement or order with us, that agreement prevails where it differs from these terms.
2. Accounts
Administrators invite users and decide their roles. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity of the users you invite. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Your responsibilities when automating calls and messages
You decide who your agents and campaigns contact and what they say. You are responsible for complying with the laws and rules that apply to you, including:
- obtaining and recording valid consent before contacting people, and honouring opt-outs and do-not-call lists;
- telemarketing, automated calling and calling-hour rules in each country you call;
- informing people that they are speaking with an automated agent, and about transcription or recording, where the law requires it;
- data protection law for the data you process in the service;
- the terms and policies of your telephony, messaging and AI providers, including WhatsApp Business policies.
4. Third-party providers
The service connects to provider accounts that you hold. Their fees are billed to you by those providers, their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or their decisions. Usage figures shown in TuniCall are estimates and are not provider invoices.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to make unlawful, harassing, deceptive or fraudulent calls or messages, to impersonate anyone, to send unsolicited marketing without consent, or to attempt to break or bypass its security. TuniCall is not designed to contact emergency services and must not be relied on for emergencies.
6. AI-generated content
Agents generate answers with AI models that can make mistakes. Review agent instructions and conversations regularly, give agents only the actions they need, and do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical advice.
7. Fees
Fees for the TuniCall service are set out in your quote or order. Provider usage is billed separately by your providers.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control. Unless a service level is agreed in writing, the service is provided without a guaranteed availability. We may improve or change features over time.
9. Data protection
Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy. Where we process data on your behalf, a data processing agreement applies.
10. Intellectual property
We keep all rights in the service, the website and their content. You keep all rights in your data, instructions and documents. Product names and trademarks of third parties belong to their owners.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party providers or by your use of the service in breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access in case of a serious breach of these terms or a security risk. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to the terms of your order.
13. Governing law
The law and courts specified in your agreement with us apply. Without such an agreement, the law of the country where the operator is established applies.
